Nipo 809 is a Dominican who was born in the sector called San Anton/San Miguel located in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Although, he actually lived most of his life in Ensanche Luperon, but currently lives in Villa Duarte Carlos Galan. He is one of the main stars of Dominican hip hop and his songs have reached international acclaim.

The first contact he had with music was through his godmother Arelis Paredes, who gave him the opportunity to interpret a song by Vico C, who at that time was one of the most popular singers. He did this in a piano bar that was located in the city of Santo Domingo, which is the capital of the country.

From a very early age Nipo 809 began to listen to hip hop music, it was then when he decided to compose his first song at the age of 12. As a result of this, a group called Mc Brothers was born, which was a group of young people between 12 and 13 years old. With this group they even made it to television and at the age of 14 he had the opportunity to film an advertisement for television known as “Ñapa Papeleta”.

At the age of 16 Nipo embarked on a trip to the United States to reach the city of New York. It is in this city where the group called Lords Maffia is formed. At the age of 17 he returns to his native country to study Advertising and Computer Network Design. This he does at APEC University, but at the same time he also manages to work in the newspaper known as Listín Diario. She also had the opportunity to work in a television program called Hello Anyara.

Nipo decides to enter the Queens And Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. In this school he obtained a certificate that guarantees his ability to play the piano, as well as his vocal skills. Once he finished his training, he returned to Santo Domingo and set up a studio called El Salón de la Justicia (The Hall of Justice).
